147th Infantry, Second State Color. Composed of five companies from the 28th PA and three added in the fall of 1862. Led by Colonel Ario Pardee, Jr, the regiment received the second state color in the spring of 1864. The regiment mustered out of service in mid-July 1865.

Led by Colonel Ario Pardee, Jr. The flag was retired in the spring of 1864 when the regiment received a replacement. The regiment mustered out of service in mid-July 1865.
